What Arvoxy does
Arvoxy is a hotel operations platform used by hotel teams to manage reservations, rooms, guests, billing, housekeeping, booking operations, and review workflows.
Information we process
Depending on how a hotel uses Arvoxy, the service may process account details, hotel and room information, reservation and guest information entered by the hotel, billing records, and operational activity. When a hotel connects Google Business Profile, Arvoxy may process the connected profile details and review data needed to display and synchronize reviews.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure the service, operate hotel workflows, synchronize connected review platforms, provide support, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Connected Google accounts
A hotel administrator chooses whether to connect a Google Business Profile. Arvoxy uses the authorization granted by that administrator only for the connected hotel workflow. Access can be revoked from the Google Account security settings or by contacting the service administrator.
Security and retention
We use access controls and encrypted storage for sensitive integration credentials. Hotel data is retained while the hotel account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
